A journey of healing, growth & self-discovery.
With over 13 years of personal yoga practice and a background in artistic gymnastics, my journey has been one of healing, growth, and self-discovery. From managing lumbar scoliosis and a pinched nerve in my teens to overcoming IBS, dietary sensitivities, and skin issues later in life — I've learned the power of mindfulness, holistic nutrition, and intentional living.
These experiences ignited my passion for holistic health and inspired me to help others reconnect with themselves and the natural world. I believe true freedom comes from embracing our full potential and honouring nature as our greatest ally.
